Great Lakes Water Rising

This video sheds light on the stark increase in water levels seen by the Great Lakes over the last few years. Due to climate change, areas that were once barren are now flooded, and many of the existing homes risk destruction if water levels continue to rise.

Things are Changing at a Rate We Cannot Control

Both climate change and the current global pandemic threaten to cause longstanding change within the world as we know it. Although the effects of the pandemic are tangible in daily life, the effects of climate change are less visible but no less pressing.

Illumination 🌟

To create “Illumination”, I experimented with the way light reflected on aluminum foil in a backlit studio to gather content clips for this compilation. I time-mapped the clips to the song Outro by M83 using Adobe Premiere Pro.

I created this video using time-mapping and video editing tools in Adobe Premiere Pro. After gathering the original video clips, I projected each clip on a large screen and used light reflector tools to change the overlay on each video. That is how I created the rainbowed effect in the final.
